Refund Policy

Please read the following information before submitting a refund request by creating a ticket in the support section.

Refund requests must meet the following criteria:

  1. Request a trial account before purchase: We offer a trial account so you can test our services. If you are not satisfied, please do not purchase a long-term service.
  2. Internet speed: Please make sure that your internet speed is enough to use our IPSMARTY services. Refund requests due to internet speed issues will not be accepted.
  3. Support and setup: Our IPSMARTY team is available 24/7. Refund requests will not be accepted if you encounter difficulties in setting up the service on your devices. Please refer to the available setup tutorials.
  4. Service selection error: If you made a payment for the wrong service (e.g., you paid for one year instead of 3 months), create a ticket in the support section titled “Create.” Our team will review and process the refund for payment errors.
  5. Account expiration period: Refund requests will not be accepted if your account expires in 7 days or less.
